Every tree is tomorrow.
Hasiru restores green cover, supports clean-up drives, and builds environmental responsibility through action.
Green - and we are fighting for every shade of it
Bengaluru once had 286 lakes. Many have vanished under concrete. The trees that gave this city its identity are disappearing one road-widening at a time. Hasiru is our commitment to fight back: sapling by sapling, lake by lake, and one clean trail at a time.
Every tree is future shade. Every clean lake is a lifeline.
What we do
- Plantation Drives - trees planted across parks, school grounds, temple premises, and roadsides, with follow-up watering and care.
- Sapling Distribution - saplings shared with households, schools, and community groups.
- Say No to Single-Use Plastic - a sustained multi-year campaign in markets, schools, and neighbourhoods.
- Green Temple Initiative - partnering with temple trusts to make places of worship models of environmental responsibility.
- Trek and Clean Drives - nature outings that combine the joy of nature with the responsibility of protecting it.
- Seed Ball Making - community events where volunteers and children make and scatter seed balls across barren land.
- Lake, Park and Heritage Cleaning - cleaning and restoring Bengaluru lakes, parks, and historically significant sites.
Restoring Bengaluru one act at a time.
Hasiru is our commitment to cleaner streets, greener neighborhoods, healthier lakes, and stronger civic ownership.
The work is hands-on: plant, clean, protect, educate, and return to care for what was started.
