Founder & President

Sunil Gowda

A seasoned corporate Learning & Development leader, Sunil Gowda brings to Bharavase the rare combination of professional excellence and a deeply compassionate heart. Armed with an MBA and a Diploma in Marketing, and currently leading L&D at a leading MNC, Sunil is the architect of everything Bharavase stands for - its strategy, its soul, and its direction.

What truly defines Sunil is his belief that leadership is not a position - it is a responsibility. He founded Bharavase with one unshakeable conviction: that ordinary people, when they come together with purpose, can achieve extraordinary things. His leadership is from the ground up, standing shoulder to shoulder with the communities and volunteers he serves.

Manjesh Kumar N, a successful entrepreneur and Sunil's college friend, is living proof that the best partnerships are born in shared memories and mutual trust. From the days they shared classrooms to the drives they now lead together, Manjesh has been Sunil's most steadfast ally.

The backbone of Bharavase in every sense of the word, Manjesh ensures that no initiative falls through the cracks, no volunteer feels unsupported, and no vision goes unexecuted. Where Sunil dreams, Manjesh delivers.

Another bond forged in college and strengthened over years of friendship, R. Jyothi brings a grounded, nurturing presence to Bharavase. With her background in the education sector, she deeply understands the value of investing in people - an insight that shapes everything she contributes.
